I wanted to follow up that last post with an extensive and comprehensive Bend It Like Beckham mega-rec, but the archive and half the fics I have bookmarked are GONE! WTF internets?! why do you hate me? So if anyone has recs please let me know. I so need the jules/jess angstcuteness right now.

Steam Pressure by guede_mazaka, Jules/Jess, R. The POV gets a little confusing in this one thanks to the omniscient third, but it's still hot and angsty and...actually it's more Jules/Jules as she pines for Jess.

and Love and Friendship, PG and so supersweet and lovely and captures all of that awkward terror of being the gay girl in the locker room.

Discontent, by minougemini, PG. More sugary sweetness that will make you smile.
