Rules of the Game by Bailey B (Voyager, J/7). It's a flash site so I can't link directly to the story. Long, well-written and great characterization (you've probably figured out that I won't rec it if the characters aren't just right). post End Game. Janeway's on trial and in therapy (with Deanna Troi!), Seven's engaged and where the hell is that happily ever after? It's there, you just have to get through all the angst first. Bailey's strident, over-confident Janeway coming to terms with her emotions is wonderful and her Seven is just the right mix of cold Borg and struggling new human. :)
