So all of you people who recently friended me are probably wondering why you bothered. And everyone else who noticed is probably just wondering when I'm going to point you to more of the good stuff. Well, um, I moved. I mean, we moved. We packed and moved (across town this time, not across country) and had nervous breakdowns and migraines and all of it behind the LJ scenes. We only got DSL today after I screamed at alltel for an hour and a half and had another nervous breakdown. We also just got dish network installed. Just in time for me to know FOR SURE that I am NOT watching another episode of fucking Eureka until they get ONE actual female scientist who isn't a fucking wife/mommy!!!!!!!!!! I don't care how hot Jo is. (although [livejournal.com profile] projectjulie is definitely right and Jo/Zoe is the slashiest pairing in that verse no matter how wrong it is).

Also, I have missed so much slash and flist goodness that I've just about given up. I'll make my way through the twenty or so [livejournal.com profile] femslash_today posts over the next semester...and then I'll make up on all the fic I missed when I was reading the old fic and...you see the problem. but there really is no problem because I am psyched beyond belief that there is THIS MUCH femslash in the world now. See how much the world loves me when it isn't full of boxes? And stupid people?

[livejournal.com profile] fembuck and [livejournal.com profile] trancer21 may think that by writing Blade fic they may actually convert me to their fandom, but...oh, what the hell. It's not like I'm watching Eureka anymore.

So, to sum up: 1. not dead 2. Eureka, you are dead to me 3. there is one phone jockey at Alltel who is <3 4. am currently planning to substitute one possibly crap fandom for another all for the femslash
