If there are a few breaks in our normal programming, it's because all of my extended family (grandmother, aunts, uncles, cousins) live in New Orleans and Mississippi.

Although, I need the femslash right now as a break from RL so we shall see...

and wicked_wish is my fucking hero for her brilliant post, Disjointed thoughts on the socio-economics of disaster. If I hear one more fucking newscaster blame the victims (who are disproportionately poor), I'm going to... *fumes*
