As it Happens by Rysler, aka joran. Sam/Janet, NC-17. "After their first time together in Sam's base quarters, Sam wonders where it will all lead." Well-written, perfect morning-after a PWP worry piece. Plus hotness.

Before Knowing Remembers by RocketChick. Sam/Janet, PG-13. Longer fic (not novel-length) with a well-plotted narrative centered around the quantum mirror. Sam's in the wrong universe, but things are very right. Romance with a bit of angst. eta this fic has gone missing. if anyone finds it please let me know!

Family by Harriet. Sam/Janet, 15. I do love Harriet's fic. She's a master of the bittersweet romance. The longing, the worry, and the soul-rending epiphanies -- without being overwrought. Janet has an old friend as a houseguest and Sam feels inexplicably depressed as a result.

Impact also by Harriet. Sam/Janet 15. More romantic goodness from Harriet. Sam's car accident forces her and janet to take a longer look at their 'friendship'. You know what? Just check out all of Harriet's fic at Passion and Perfection.

Everything by Pink Rabbit Productions. Sam/Janet, 15 (my rating, not the author's). I've rec'd this before, but no SG-1 rec list is complete without it. Really wonderful quantum mirror story. Perfect characterization and a really gripping and complex story. One of those I keep coming back to...

First Flight by zorb. Sam/Starbuck, crossover w/BSG, PG-13. Sam and Daniel swap 'first love' stories, guess who was Sam's first? I was completely charmed by this story. Loved the characterization, which leads into a totally believable rivalry between these two top guns...who end up falling for each other. Of course. Apparently this is the crossover pairing of the year and really, who can resist the brainy, perfectionist blond in uniform vs. hotshot, badass blond in unifmorm? Not me. First Flight was quite charming. I've never seen Stargate, but I'll read pretty much anything involving Starbuck. Maybe I'll checkout Stargate once, y'know, for fanfic research purposes. Thanks for the links.

actually I've watched exactly five minutes of SG-1. Ever. I'm only in it for the fic.

BSG on the other hand...I watch that religiously. 'Cause, well, the hotness of starbuck and roslin and boomer and...*swoon* :)
