and congratulations to
cheyne55 whose Xena uber epic Renegade will be published (in real book form) by PD Publishing. I recced Cheyne's Xena uber PWP Two Cross Side but never got around to reccing Renegade, so I'll do it now. Although, you should buy the book!! Apparently it has extra pr0n! You get what you pay for, people.
They summarize the novel on PD's site, so I won't bother except to say that it's NC-17 and it hits one (okay, many) of my kinks (it's a Western). There are big evil cattle barons and a defiant young woman determined to take them on. Horses, leather, corrupt sheriffs, butchuberXena posing as a man/cowboy, etc. Also, hothot sex0r! Plus...western. In other words, crack!
eta I should also point out what an incredible achievement this is...any novel-length fic is. To be able to stay in voice, in character through such a complex story over so many chapters and pages is a HUGE accomplishment. Novel-length fics that manage to go beyond getting the mechanics right are simply miraculous. Every fic is a colossal undertaking, but I have a special place in my heart for the novels because they take such an enormous effort to plan, conceptualize, and write. All you novel-writers are exceptional.
