Janine, aka fembuck, is writing wonderful, sexy hot, emotionally resonant Alias fic right now. Just in time. I've been re-reading her BoP stories as comfortfic (it's been a lousy couple of weeks) and it was so nice to be able to read something new.

An Honest Conversation Rachel/Peyton, PG-13. Betrayal and angst in this fill-in-the-blanks fic based on actual scenes and dialog.

Keeping Each Other Company, Syd/Rachel R. Rachel and a very pregnant Syd finally find safety and comfort...in each other.

Who the hell are they? Jeez, I miss three episodes, and the slash just moves on without me.

The problem with Alias is that all the kickass women are related to each other. There was Francie I guess, but slashing her and Syd would have just been lame. Lauren sucked and these new characters? I have no attachment to them. Plus, Syd is just so goddamn annoying. Heh. I would much prefer to read Jack/Irina, and my desire to read het fic is limited at best. And you totally didn't ask for my opinion of Alias fanfic, so I'll just shut up now.

That BSG fic from a few entries back was kickass though.

btw, I'm in agreement and it's one of the reasons I never got into Alias, but apparently things are a-changing.

actually one of my fav Alias fics was a x-over w/BTVS. Syd/Buffy. *goes to dig that up*
