So, I posted a youtube video last night, but apparently it didn't make it through their servers, so I'll try again.

thrace_ got me completely hooked on Pepa/Silvia from the Spanish show Los Hombres de Paco.

I have some issues with the show (Pepa and Silvia do not share even one scene -- including the love scene -- that isn't in some way watched and/or interrupted by men, including Silvia's father -- yuck!), but it's a great pairing with serious chemistry, so I'm willing to overlook... the lookers.

I know. What am I thinking? I don't rec video! But I didn't have time to read fic and I clicked to this via After Ellen and, well, it blew me away!

One Glance by Jetgirl7 is Imagine Me & You, Luce/Rachel, PG-13. JetGirl recuts the movie and ends up with something much more compelling and dramatic. I mean, I liked Imagine Me & You for what it was (light romantic comedy), but JetGirl turns it into something much more. And more importantly, she turns Luce into a major character rather than simply a catalyst for Rachel. I liked Heck, but he had much more of a part than Luce in the original and JetGirl corrects that mistake. This really is the best of fan work. JetGirl takes characters and situations we recognize and that already have resonance and resituates them to create something completely new and utterly original. Really great stuff! And only 3 minutes. Bonus!
